A prison ship wrecked on rocks, stranding survivors of both prisoners and guards on a remote island. They soon discover that a deranged and murderous prisoner, Leo Rook, has also made it ashore, having orchestrated the ship's sinking and slaughtered the lighthouse crew. With no escape or hope of rescue, the survivors must face a night of horrors as they realize Leo's intent to add their severed heads to his collection.
