A mail plane is forced to turn back due to bad weather, and the pilot drops the mail at Outpost #5, where Pluto is stationed. Pluto must navigate treacherous terrain to deliver the mail, but his mission is disrupted by a totem pole and a cunning rabbit who steals his blanket. The chase culminates in a crash landing at the airport, where the mail is delivered to the pilot's hand.
