In this western, a ruthless Hall seeks to acquire Dennison's land, prompting the Marshal to send Tex to protect Dennison. Meanwhile, Hall hires the notorious Shooting Kid to eliminate Dennison. However, the Kid has a change of heart after being aided by Tex in the past and joins forces with him to help Dennison's cowhands overcome Hall's barricade and deliver their cattle to market.
