In this movie, a Kerala-based efficiency expert named George Nair travels to Pune to develop a plan to downsize a company. During his stay, he forms a connection with the firm's Vice-President, Malathy Chandran, and they work together to identify employees to let go. As they spend more time together, they share personal stories, with George talking about his family and Malathy revealing her past relationship with a man from Kerala. Unbeknownst to them, the man Malathy mentions is actually George's missing brother.
