25 years ago, a secret US/Soviet military experiment, codenamed Mindstorm, aimed to enhance and harness human telepathic and telekinetic powers for combat. One of the original five subjects, physically and mentally fit, has rebelled against his creators after learning the true purpose of his training. A former black-ops officer, Evan Mink, must now find and contain him before he can use his powers against the forces that created him.
