My Hustler background

My Hustler

An experimental 1970s film shot on Fire Island explores the Dial A Hustler service, as an older man searches for a youthful connection.

On a sun-kissed beach, a film captures the candid conversations of two groups of individuals. In the first 35-minute segment, a mature man and his companions discuss the expectations they have of a young, blond hustler, who lies before them. The second reel, also 35 minutes long, features a single, unbroken shot of a seasoned gigolo sharing his insights with a newcomer, both men accompanied by their respective companions.
