Twin brothers Kathir and Prabhu have vastly different personalities, with Prabhu being good-natured and Kathir a disturbed individual. The story jumps forward 20 years, where Prabhu gets married and has a daughter, Satya, who begins experiencing terrifying visions and communicating with an imaginary character named Sonu.
