A group of four criminals, led by Kurt Bishop, steals valuable computer chips from factories. At Dynaphase Systems, two employees work late, developing a security microchip worth millions. Bishop raids the facility, downloading the mainframe before the employees can erase their work. He then sets out to complete the stolen chip design, stopping at nothing to get it.
