The 1959 film "Plan 9 from Outer Space" is followed by a sequel about the walking dead, opening in a cemetery where a medium named Criswell rises from his coffin to warn of "monsters to be despised". Dr. Acula, a fake medium, is aided by a fake ghost and a man named Lobo, played by Tor Johnson, to swindle people by pretending to contact the dead. However, their plan backfires when they accidentally revive a group of corpses that then bury them alive. The film was unreleased for 23 years due to Ed Wood's inability to pay the lab bill.
Night of the Ghouls
