Goofy, playing George Geef, is a severe nicotine addict who smokes constantly, from doing taxes to going to bed. He decides to quit, but finds it's harder than expected, with temptations everywhere. He eventually gives in and runs around shouting "Smoke! Smoke! Smoke!", but still can't quit.
