Two half-brothers, rarely seen growing up, form a bond during a brief jail stay. They concoct a scheme to steal dope from young couriers, but it goes awry when one brother shoots the victims. Hiding in an abandoned building, they seek help from an old cell mate, only to realize they've stolen his dope, putting them in danger of being killed by his boss.
