WWII rages across a divided world as a Japanese Hell Ship transports prisoners of war to occupied territories for slave labor. Onboard, a traitor, Saito, is shackled to a British soldier, Bronson, who holds hatred for Saito's Japanese nationality. When the ship is torpedoed, they're thrown overboard and wash up on a deserted island, hunted by a monstrous creature, the Orang Ikan.
