A group of traveling performers, the Hoosier Hotshots, unknowingly work for an outlaw leader who uses their medicine show as a cover for robberies. When their wagons get stuck in a water hole, they're forced to clean it up at gunpoint by a group of cowboys. The Hotshots' sister and her friend rescue them, but the cowboys' leader is later framed for a bank robbery and murder. As the Hotshots are mistakenly accused of being the outlaw gang, they must work together to clear their names and catch the real culprit.
