Ozzy, a friendly beagle, has his life disrupted when his owners leave on a long trip. As they can't bring him along, they opt for a luxurious canine spa called Blue Creek. However, this seemingly perfect place is a facade constructed by its owner to capture dogs. Ozzy finds himself in a real prison for dogs, run by dogs, and must rely on his new friends Chester, Fronky, and Doc to escape and return home safely.
