A ruthless psychopath arrives in Tokyo, armed with knives, seeking to eliminate the Yakuza. He befriends a small-time gangster tasked with killing a rival gangster, but the gangster is not a natural killer. When the psychopath kills two American drug dealers, the gangster steals a boom box containing drugs. A young prostitute convinces the psychopath to steal the drugs and travel with her to Fiji, but she later disappears with the loot, prompting the psychopath to unleash a violent rampage against the Yakuza.
