Muskaan, an orphan girl, lives on a farm with her brother Vishal and their uncle Dharmendra. She has a childhood friend, Ujaala, who has been in love with Vishal since childhood, but he ignores her. Muskaan wants to attend university in the city, but her brother is hesitant. She eventually falls for Suraj, a brooding man, and he pursues her, even taking a job as a stable boy on the farm. However, Vishal disapproves of Suraj and wants Muskaan to marry the brother of Thakur Vijay Singh, who is seeking revenge against the Thakur family.
