Agent Sam Casey, a laid-back operative, becomes invisible after a satellite explosion and is equipped with a watch that allows him to switch between visible and invisible states. His mission is to transport a powerful fuel called Tripolydine, but he soon uncovers a fraud and must stop it. Additionally, he must thwart the plans of terrorist Robert Denby, who aims to blow up racecars.
