Malli, a young tribal girl, is taken away by British Governor Scott Buxton and his wife against her mother's wishes. Rama Raju, an Indian cop, is tasked by the British to capture Komaram Bheem, a tribal who considers Malli his sister, as he could be a threat to British interests. Rama Raju promises to bring Bheem in dead or alive, while Bheem, who has reached the city in search of Malli, pretends to be a mechanic. The two men, who initially form a bond after saving a child's life in a train accident, will eventually clash as they pursue their respective goals.
