A young hospital orderly named David shares his terrifying experience with the police. He was attacked by a killer while leaving the hospital, knocked unconscious, and woke up in an abandoned room with his wrists tied to a chair. A TV screen turned on, and a puppet named Billy explained that David had a deadly device on his head, a reverse bear trap that would rip open his mouth and face if he didn't find the key within 60 seconds. The key was hidden in the dead body of a cellmate. David managed to escape and find a scalpel, using it to stab a man to find the key. After unlocking the device, he was overcome with horror and relief, as a puppet named Billy congratulated him on surviving the trap.
