Seventeen years after a brutal massacre, a notorious serial killer, "The Sandman", is set to be executed. In a shocking twist, a voodoo priest, disguised as a minister, visits the Sandman, placing a hex that allows his soul to transfer into a new body made of sand upon his execution.
