Stooge for a Mouse

A quick-witted mouse concocts a clever scheme to deceive Sylvester the Cat, framing him for mischief and utilizing a phone to carry out its plan.

In this cartoon, a cunning mouse uses clever tricks to frame Sylvester the Cat for bullying Mike the Bulldog. The mouse uses a phone to spread rumors, making Mike think his friends are laughing at him for being friends with a cat. The mouse's plan works, and the two friends become enemies. However, just as the mouse is about to claim the cheese, it's hit by a chandelier pulled by a magnet on Sylvester's paw, knocking it out along with the two friends. The cartoon ends with the three appearing lifeless, as a "HOME SWEET HOME" sign falls off the wall.
