A group of teenagers' weekend camping trip takes a dark turn when they stumble upon an ancient relic, unleashing the undead head of Robert Gross, also known as Swamphead, from the depths of a local lake. As the teens try to survive the gruesome and chaotic events that unfold, they must also confront the possibility of their own demise in their desperate attempt to destroy the zombie head.
