Lew Wallace preside over the trial of Henry Wirz, a Confederate officer accused of running the notorious Andersonville prisoner of war camp where 14,000 Union prisoners died due to neglect. Witnesses include Lt. Col. Chandler, Dr. John C. Bates, Ambrose Spencer, James Davidson, Jasper Culver, Sgt. James Gray, and Dr. Ford.
