A former gang disciple, Chi Ming-sing, flees for his life after a soul-searching journey. He befriends a seemingly carefree man, who turns out to be a skilled martial artist. The man helps Chi on his quest to find Cheuk Yi-fan, a renowned swordsman, to atone for his past wrongdoings. Chi's past involves slaughtering Cheuk's family and friends, including his pregnant wife. When they arrive at Yoh's stronghold, they're met with a surprise: the man is actually Cheuk Yi-fan.
