The diabolical Lightning Bug concocts a plan to enslave the earth, initially attempting to subdue humanity with rock and roll, only to be thwarted by the JMen's counterattack with Muzac. The Bug then resorts to marijuana, but the JMen retaliate by building a bomb to destroy the moon. However, the Bug outsmarts them by self-destructing the moon with his excessively loud rock and roll music.
