In a small hotel near the industrial port of Le Havre, a mysterious woman named Fiona arrives, barefoot and luggageless. Claiming to be a fairy, she offers Dom, the night shift worker, three wishes. Granting two of his desires, she vanishes into thin air, leaving Dom, now smitten, to search for her everywhere.
