A leading Nazi medical researcher, Dr. Rupert Norberg, has been secretly working in England for 20 years to reanimate a flash frozen Nazi force. He's made progress, but still needs to reactivate the soldiers' brains. When his assistant prematurely reveals their goal, a former general's visit accelerates the process. However, things take a dark turn when the assistant kills Elsa, Jean's girlfriend, and prompts Norberg to study her head. Meanwhile, Dr. Ted Roberts arrives to assist Norberg, but falls in love with Jean and switches sides to help her and Elsa.
