In the heart of Africa, a railroad project is plagued by delays, and its financier, Sir Robert Beaumont, brings in renowned engineer John Henry Patterson to get things back on track. However, when the crew discovers the gruesome remains of their foreman, killed by a lion, Patterson teams up with legendary hunter Charles Remington to take down the deadly predators and save the project.
