In the city of Bronston, a wild gang of hooligan kids known as the Red Skulls holds sway. But when their leader Uri witnesses his friend's brutal murder, he decides to escape the city. However, the rest of the gang is determined to stop him, and a power struggle ensues. Meanwhile, a traitor within the gang sets a deadly trap, and Uri discovers that the true horror is not the gang's violence, but a terrifying and mutated threat that lurks in the shadows.
