Seventeen-year-old Robbie Zirpollo moves to Colorado with his mother for a fresh start after his father's financial betrayal. He lands a summer job at Water World, but things take a turn when he meets Alex and gets reassigned to the Surf & Snack shack. Alex convinces Robbie to participate in the park's "Employee Olympics" to bring the Surfer King trophy to the concessions crew, but Tiffany, the park owner's daughter, has her own plans for Robbie.
