A 15-year-old boy takes out his frustrations on his church, causing damage to the property. He is taken in by a kind old widower who is a skilled woodcarver and is tasked with helping to repair the damage. Through his work, the boy finds solace and begins to consider the phrase "What Would Jesus Do?" which ultimately leads his parents to re-evaluate their relationship and reconcile with each other.
