A US prisoner of war escapes in Tokyo and joins the Japanese resistance, seeking revenge against Tokyo Rose, whose broadcast he believes led to the death of a fellow soldier. With the help of a war journalist, he kidnaps the traitorous radio host, but their plan is foiled when Japanese forces intercept them while attempting to reach an American submarine.
