A former street gang member, Ray Trueblood, is wrongly accused of killing a cop and must flee for his life. Ten years later, he returns to his neighborhood to rescue his younger brother, but finds that his brother has grown up to resent him and now belongs to a rival gang. Ray must also evade the police, who are still seeking him for the murder, and a vengeful rival gang leader, Billy Masters.
