Lauren, a young American woman, inherits a beach bar in Ibiza, Spain after her uncle's disappearance at sea. She meets Angelito, a handsome Spanish artist, and together they find the bar in disarray. Joining forces with other misfit friends, including Beth, Marilyn, and Crazy Larry, they work to renovate the bar and restore its former glory. However, their efforts are threatened when they discover that Angelito's father is being held captive by a local gangster, Cortez.
