Captain New Eyes journeys back in time, sharing Brain Grain cereal with dinosaurs, which renders them intelligent and peaceful. The friendly dinosaurs agree to travel to the present to grant the wishes of New York City children. Their mission takes them to the Museum of Natural History, where they meet Dr. Bleeb, but they soon find themselves sidetracked with new friends and confronted by Captain New Eyes' villainous brother, Professor Screw Eyes, who has his own sinister intentions.
