You Made Me Love You

Tom Daly, a songwriter, falls in love with Pamela Berne, the sister of his friend Harry, after spotting her in London. Unbeknownst to Tom, Pamela is a spoiled and temperamental woman who throws tantrums when she doesn't get her way. Despite this, Tom wants to marry her and write more songs inspired by her. However, Pamela is resistant to the idea and only agrees to marry Tom after her family convinces her that he's threatening to foreclose on their property unless she becomes his wife. The marriage becomes a battle of wills between Tom, who wants a loving relationship, and Pamela, who wants to escape her husband.
