After passing their school exams, Arjun and friends face rejection from various colleges due to poor grades. They then approach a rebel professor, Tariq Siddiqui, who runs an unaccredited institute, and agree to recruit 100 students to make the college operational. However, when Tariq unexpectedly passes away, the college's administration falls into the hands of an unruly alcoholic and a Dean from another college, who team up with the police and educational authorities to shut down the institution.
