A 16-year-old boy, Chris, is called to meet his cousin Tobi at the common, bringing a sledgehammer. Tobi plans to smuggle a racket from Nigeria's notorious 'Area Boys' to the UK, causing chaos by smashing a bridge and charging people to cross a makeshift plank.
