A young girl named Honey Halfwitch is left alone by her cousin, Maggie, who goes to town to buy a monster. Feeling lonely, Honey longs for a companion and is given a special potion by a traveling salesman. However, she accidentally adds the entire box to her brew, creating a multitude of monsters instead of one. As she tries to put them back, a mischievous dragon causes trouble.
