In the small town of Burquitlam, mild-mannered butcher Bob Sanderson's life is disrupted when he hires Abdullah, a massive and intimidating man, as his apprentice. Unbeknownst to Bob, Abdullah has murdered the town's mayor and hidden the body in the butcher shop's freezer. Meanwhile, an alien spacecraft arrives in search of a rare fuel, Bolonium, which is found in large quantities beneath the shop.
