As the 15th anniversary issue of "Swimwear Illustrated" approaches, five young models are selected for a photo shoot on a secluded island off the California coast, with one lucky winner set to become the cover girl and receive an additional $100,000. But as the group settles into their isolated inn, tensions rise and the models and staff begin to vanish one by one, leaving behind only cryptic notes of apology. As the remaining survivors try to unravel the mystery, they must confront the dark secrets and sinister motives that lurk beneath the surface.
