Rocky, a determined Marshal, takes on a mission to help his friend Nugget, whose shipments are being repeatedly robbed. He discovers that the gang only targets incoming shipments, leading him to suspect they're re-packaging the stolen goods and shipping them out themselves. Rocky decides to hijack the next outgoing shipment, finding a box labeled "tools" that actually contains gold bars. He then poses as an outlaw, making a deal with the gang in an attempt to gather evidence and round them up. However, the gang's boss soon discovers Rocky's true identity as a Marshal, leading to his capture.
