Bob the Builder and his machine crew must come together to solve three unexpected problems. First, they must find a replacement nose for Spud after he accidentally knocks it off. Then, they must rescue Roley the steamroller, who has become a runaway sleep roller, from flattening the town. Finally, they must save a family of porcupines from being flattened.
