A maintenance man at a Pea Tree Apartments complex becomes entangled in a series of bizarre and gruesome murders, as his coworkers and residents are brutally killed one by one. As the body count rises, Pete and his coworker Cass struggle to uncover the truth behind the murders, only to find that the tools used in the killings all belong to Pete.
