The Soldier follows a Soviet soldier named Paul who is sent to Vietnam, where he discovers a traitor among his comrades. After being falsely accused of being a traitor himself, Paul must flee his comrades and complete his mission, teaming up with a North Vietnamese man and an escaped pilot to escape Vietnam and clear his name.
