Agents Frank and Barny, from the Pornographic Bureau of Investigation, are tasked with infiltrating Hollywood's seedy underbelly. They go undercover to expose the city's dirty crime spots, starting with an adult bookstore, Mousie's Hot Shoppe, where the owner is as invested in the material as his customers. Their investigation leads them to a door-to-door delivery service, the Travelling House of Pleasure, and a shady film director's nature films. The agents then sneak into a porn theater, where they must fend off the advances of a notorious sex transvestite, Peaches LaFemme.
