Eddie leads a dual existence, pretending to be a devout Christian while secretly yearning to be a rebellious "bad boy". He idolizes Papo, a spoiled rich kid always seeking thrills, and attempts to emulate him. To win Debora's heart, Eddie tells one lie after another, even facing off against the intimidating Toñito.
