In this movie, a cast of eccentric characters comes together, including a man who lives in a railway box, a former robot-maker who pretends to fly Lancaster bombers, a Red Indian admirer and his wife, a circus performer on a tall bicycle, a Cowboy Preacher, a humorist poet, and a model railway enthusiast who built a working replica of the London, Midland, and Scottish Railway.
