In a small town, a local weatherman named Dalton Law is known for his accurate forecasts and daily routine. However, his life takes a drastic turn when he meets Holley Cooper, a new intern at Action 13 News who is secretly a recovering psychopath with a desire to become a lead weatherman. After a night of drinking and becoming intimate with Holley, Dalton wakes up the next morning to find himself dirty, bloody, and confused. His usual priority to go to work is replaced with a desire for revenge, and he begins to kill anyone who gets in his way.
