Frank Scarvo, a man who refused to testify against Xavier Carbone, is released from prison after five years. He sets out to confront Xavier, who had his girlfriend killed and stole his $500,000. During his search, Frank encounters Xavier's associates, including a motorcycle gang, as well as the captive daughter of one of Xavier's business partners.
